We take complete ownership of the email lifecycle - strategy, copy, design, development, QA, and reporting - allowing our clients to step away from execution and focus on growth.Trusted by 100+ global teams, we build high-performing, conversion-led email systems designed in Figma and delivered within 36-48 hours.Location: Remote (India)Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST or 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST (role dependent)Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a half day)Compensation: Competitive (aligned with top 25% of market benchmarks)Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contactedAbout The RoleAs a Junior Email Designer at RapidX, you’ll design high-quality, conversion-focused emails that work seamlessly across devices and platforms. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Copywriters, and Developers to ensure fast turnarounds, brand accuracy, and high-quality execution. Beyond day-to-day delivery, you’ll help evolve our design systems, experiment creatively, and contribute to raising overall team design standards.What You’ll DoEmail Design & Execution Design engaging, mobile-first emails that drive performance.Deliver new emails and iterations with speed, precision, and attention to detail.Ensure brand consistency across multiple clients.Own design quality end-to-end, minimizing revisions through thoughtful execution.Innovation & BrandingPublish portfolio-worthy work on social platforms.Support internal marketing and branding initiatives.Explore and document use of new tools (including AI) for creative efficiency.Share best practices and learnings with the wider design team.Process & Systems Maintain and improve centralized Figma libraries.Build reusable templates/components for faster delivery.Document workflows that prevent common design errors.Ensure all design assets are properly organized and linked in ClickUp.Collaboration & Mentorship Actively participate in cross-functional syncs with Account Managers and Developers.Provide constructive design review feedback to peers.Proactively flag systemic issues and recommend solutions.Must Have1-3 years of experience in email or digital designAdvanced proficiency in FigmaStrong fundamentals in typography, layout, and responsive designAbility to thrive in fast-paced, high-output environments.Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and deadlines.Portfolio showcasing relevant email or digital design work (required)Good to HaveExperience with email testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid).Exposure to eCommerce design and performance metrics.Understanding of brand marketing and portfolio publishing.Familiarity with AI-based design tools and workflow automation.What Success Looks LikeYou consistently deliver high-volume, brand-consistent email designs with minimal revisions.You help showcase RapidX's creative quality on external platforms.Design systems and libraries are up-to-date and widely used across the team.You actively mentor juniors and contribute to raising the creative bar.Why join RapidX?Work with global eCommerce brands (US, UK, EU)Fast-paced environment with real ownership (not pixel-pushing)Opportunity to grow into Senior Designer / Design Lead rolesExposure to retention marketing (not just aesthetics)Build a portfolio of high-performance emails used by real global brands
