Design educational assets, including interactive learning modules, digital textbooks, infographics, assessments, and explainer videosDevelop marketing collateral such as social media creatives, banners, and email campaigns to promote courses and EdTech products.Create course branding elements to ensure consistency across all learning materials and digital platforms.Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that enhance knowledge retention and learner engagement.Collaborate closely with curriculum designers, instructional designers, content developers, and marketing teams to understand design requirements and optimize learning experiences.Ensure that all graphics adhere to UI/UX best practices for e-learning platforms, making content accessible and user-friendly.Interpret and translate storyboards into engaging video content by combining motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling techniques.Create and edit videos for e-learning modules, ensuring seamless integration of graphics, animations, and instructional elements.Provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support to junior designers to maintain quality and efficiency.Create and enhance motion graphics, video animations, and interactive visual content for educational materials.Assist in video editing, animations, and post-production using industry-standard tools.Ensure smooth integration of graphics, text animations, and multimedia elements in learning content.Utilize AI-powered design tools for image enhancement, video automation, and interactive content creation.Explore and implement new-age design trends and AI-driven workflows to streamline graphics production.Experiment with emerging technologies to enhance the learning experience through immersive visuals.Skills & Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s degree and experience working in EdTech or e-learning industry.6 to 10 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years of experience managing a small team.Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). Hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Experience in guiding and mentoring junior designers while actively contributing to hands-on design tasks.Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams.Knowledge of interactive design tools such as Articulate, Storyline, or other e-learning platforms.Audio editing skills for sound enhancement in video content.Ability to visualize and design engaging educational materials for various platforms.In press:
