Job Title: Fashion Merchandising & Product Development Intern Team: Brand & Marketing Focus: Apparel & AccessoriesOverview: The ePlane Company is looking for a Fashion Merchandising Intern to launch our internal and external merchandise vertical. We aim to create a line of high-quality, thoughtfully designed products that embody our brand values of innovation, precision, and sustainability.Responsibilities:Design & Development: Create original artwork and silhouette concepts for t-shirts, caps, and accessories. Develop mood boards and color palettes inspired by our aircraft and engineering processes.Sourcing & Production: Identify and vet suppliers for fabrics and manufacturing. Manage the sampling process to ensure quality standards are met.Inventory & Planning: Assist in planning the product mix (SKUs, sizing ratios) based on market research and budget.Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the visual design team to create lookbooks and promotional assets for the merchandise launch.Requirements:Current student or recent graduate from NIFT, NID, or a top design school.Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and printing techniques (screen print, puff, embroidery, etc.).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is key).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work within a budget and meet deadlines.Perks:Full ownership of a product line from concept to launch.Mentorship on brand strategy and product marketing.A chance to see your designs worn by the team building India's first flying taxi.Certificate & Potential for future collaboration.Apply: Send your resume and portfolio to + .
