The Manager will oversee electrical design, maintenance, and power distribution systems. Responsibilities include leading electrical engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing power distribution networks, and optimizing electricity usage. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing a team of electrical professionals to achieve project goals effectively.QualificationsProficiency in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshootingExpertise in Electrical Engineering, Electricity, and Electrical DesignKnowledge of Power Distribution systemsStrong leadership and project management skillsAbility to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standardsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldPrior experience in managing on-site electrical projects is preferredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsSkills and Competencies: Strong understanding of electrical insulation, high-voltage systems, and design standards (IEC/IS) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar 2D/3D CAD software Familiarity with electrical design calculations and specification preparation Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple design tasks Knowledge of FMEA, DAP, or other engineering analysis tools (preferred) Good communication skills and attention to detailCandidates from electrical equipment or power systems design roles will be preferredEducational Qualification:B.E. in ElectricalExperience:Prior experience in high-voltage component manufacturing
