Senior Product Designer (Full-stack)

Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Designer at Tendable, you will own end-to-end design for product areas, from discovery to delivery. You will help establish our design culture, processes, and foundations (like our design system), while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants to have a significant impact on both product and design practice.What you will doLead design for key product areas, from concept to final handoff.Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs.Conduct user research and usability testing to validate decisions.Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ship impactful features.Build and maintain scalable design patterns and contribute to the design system.Advocate for the user while balancing business and technical constraints.Help shape Tendable’s design processes, tools, and ways of working.What you will need5-7 years of product design experience in a product companyProven ability to deliver end-to-end design (UX + UI + research)Experience working independently in fast-paced or startup settingsEye for detail and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills - able to explain design rationale to cross-functional partners.Ability and willingness to quickly produce concepts and test ideas with usersProficiency with design and prototyping toolsA portfolio demonstrating user-centred design process and impactful product work
