Japanese-Inspired Interior Designer Wanted

We are seeking a freelance interior designer to create modern, minimalistic Japanese-inspired spaces for our cafes. The ideal candidate will authentically translate Japanese design principles into functional, beautiful cafe interiors and exteriors. This is a remote position that requires strong collaboration and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Design interior and exterior concepts reflecting authentic Japanese minimalism and modern aesthetics. Create detailed design proposals, mood boards, and 3D renderings. Source and recommend materials, furniture, and fixtures aligned with Japanese design principles. Collaborate remotely with our team and local contractors. Evaluate designs for cultural respect and commercial viability in the Saudi market. Requirements: A proven portfolio showcasing Japanese or minimalist design projects. A deep understanding of Japanese design philosophy (wabi-sabi, ma, simplicity). Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering tools). Experience designing F&B or hospitality spaces preferred. Excellent remote communication and project coordination skills. Ability to work within constraints.
