Senior Process Designer

We are currently hiring for Senior Process Designer to join one of our major clients based out of KSA.Job Details:Role: Senior Process Designer Experience Level: 5+ years (relevant) Work Location: Remote Employment Type: 12 months contractJob Description:The Process Designer is responsible for architecting, designing, and documenting the end-to-end processes for new and existing connected car solutions. This role requires a deep specialization in process design to structure solutions from high level value chains down to detailed, technical workflows. The Process Designer will cluster and streamline disparate processes, define roles and responsibilities, and specify all required templates and documentation (e.g., communication plans, Excel templates, shared mailboxes).Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, and operational teams to understand new solutions and existing pain points. Design and draft multi-level processes (from conceptual to executable) tailored for different audiences (e.g., management, technical teams). Identify and clearly define all roles, responsibilities, and handover points within each process using frameworks like RACI. Specify and create all necessary supporting documentation, including templates, forms, report structures, and communication channels (e.g., public mailboxes). Model processes using standard notations, primarily BPMN 2.0, with tools such as Microsoft Visio or Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect. Analyze and verify existing or proposed solutions for logical consistency, efficiency, and integration feasibility within the current system landscape.
