You can get more updates, insights and everything behind the scenes at Pocket FM here - :Visual/ Motion Designer Employment Type:Full-Time – Remote (India)Responsibilities:End-to-End Motion & Visual Craft:Own visual and motion design for product features and launches. Deliver high-quality design from ideation and storyboarding to animation and asset delivery. Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with product designers, PMs and engineers to bring cutting-edge visuals and engaging animations to life for brand, product, and audio series experiences. Define Motion Language:Develop transitions, micro-interactions, and animations to set Pocket FMʼs visual and motion standards, a style other designers want to follow! Communicate Design Vision:Confidently present concepts and finished motion assets to cross-functional teams and leadership. Champion motion as a core element of the user experience.Mentor & Inspire Creativity:Guide others with motion best practices, helping the team to level up visual storytelling. Shape Creative Culture:Participate actively in team-wide design initiatives to build an inspiring and innovative work environment.Core Team Principles:Ownership of end-to-end user experience Open feedback and mutual respect Active cross-functional collaboration Adaptability and a bias for actionQualifications:4+ years creating motion/visual designs for digital products, ads, or entertainment Strong proficiency with After Effects, Premiere, Figma, Lottie, and motion/animation tools Solid design portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and polished execution Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills Track record of introducing new visual or motion standards/patterns Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus
