You’ll work withLiveKitevery day (andJanusis a big plus) to ship reliable, low-latency experiences that “just work.”As part of our initial screening process, we request you to kindly fill out the below Google Form: you’ll do Build and ship real-time features usingLiveKit(ingest, publish/subscribe, rooms, recording, Webhooks). Integrate and tune WebRTC (ICE/DTLS/SRTP, RTP/RTCP, simulcast/SVC, bandwidth/bitrate control). Optimize SFU performance, TURN/STUN configs, and handle edge cases (packet loss, jitter, NAT). Write clean services/APIs (TypeScript/Node.js or Go), with logs, tests, and alerts. Work across web/mobile (React/React Native) and back end (REST/WebSocket, Redis/Postgres). Collaborate with design, AI, and product to launch fast and iterate.Must-haves 0–2 yearsprofessional experience (strong interns/new grads welcome). Hands-on projects withLiveKit(GitHub links, demo, or portfolio). Solid basics: networking, async programming, debugging. Clear, simple communication and a learning mindset.Great-to-have (preferred) Janusmedia server (rooms, plugins, recording, load balancing). Pion/mediasoup, SIP/VoIP, OBS/RTMP, LL-HLS/WebTransport/WebCodecs. Docker/Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Grafana/Prometheus, Sentry.
