As a growing agency known for our unique ideas, strong design language, and ability to bridge offline and online marketing, we’re now looking to add aJunior Graphic Designerto our team.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign engaging creatives for social media (posts, reels, stories, carousels). Create marketing collateral for both digital and offline use (event invites, brochures, decks, posters). Work closely with the content and strategy team to bring campaign ideas to life. Adapt brand guidelines into dynamic visuals that stand out in competitive spaces. Assist in developing unique brand IPs and design identities for campaigns. Support the production team with styling references, shoot layouts, and creative mockups.Skills We’re Looking ForStrong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Canva. Strong sense of typography, layouts, and brand-led design thinking. Ability to translate strategy and storytelling into compelling visuals. Eye for detail, aesthetic sensibility, and willingness to experiment with styles.Qualifications0–2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a bonus). A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a knack for storytelling through design. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).What We OfferA creative environment where your ideas are valued and explored.
