Senior Marketing Coordinator | US-Based Architecture & Design FirmWe are seeking aSenior Marketing Coordinatorto join our client’s dynamic Brand Marketing team. This is aremote role based in Indiasupporting a leading US architecture and design firm. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage end-to-end marketing tasks independently while collaborating effectively with team members across time zones.Key Responsibilities: Managewebsite updatesand ensure brand consistency. Prepareaward submissionsfrom concept to completion. Create and distributeinternal and external e-newsletters . Providesocial media content and coordination support . Design and produce marketing materials usingAdobe InDesign(mandatory). Develop proposals, case studies, presentations, and other marketing collateral. Coordinate marketing plans, campaigns, and internal communications.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experiencein marketing, preferably in the architecture, design, or related industries. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is mandatory – candidates without InDesign experience will not be considered. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and website CMS platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate with a global team.
