Creative Designer & AI Specialist

About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic creative who is not just great at design but also fluent in using AI tools to speed up workflows, ideate better, and amplify content creation. You’ll work across brand collaterals, social media content, internal branding, and campaigns—bringing a mix of creativity, efficiency, and experimentation. What You’ll Do: • Use AI tools for graphic design, video generation, copywriting, and more • Design creatives for social media, brand identity, marketing collaterals, and more • Use tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, DALL·E, ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc. to ideate, generate, and refine content • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to co-create brand stories • Bring a strong sense of visual identity aligned with our brand values • Optimize turnarounds by leveraging AI for mockups, concept generation, and iterations • Experiment with new formats, visual languages, and trends using AI capabilities (Optional) Assist in motion design / video content with tools like Runway / CapCut AI You Should Be: • A designer first—with strong aesthetic sense, layout skills, and branding basics • Comfortable using Figma / Adobe Suite / Canva / Procreate or similar • Curious and quick to adapt to AI tools and tech-driven workflows • Proactive, independent, and open to experimenting with new formats and mediums • Able to juggle multiple projects and deliver fast without compromising qualityBonus If You Have: • A portfolio with AI-generated concepts / outputs • Experience in basic video editing, 3D designs, or prompt writing • Interest in exploring generative design, content automation, or digital storytelling
