Job Title: Purchase AdminLocation: Khed Shivapur, Pune (Transportation provided from Warje) Department: Projects – Purchase Reporting To: Director – Global Purchasing & Logistics Experience: 1–3 Years Travel: YesJob SummaryWe are looking for a Purchase Admin with 1–3 years of experience to support procurement, store operations, and logistics coordination. The role involves ERP management, supplier follow-ups, inventory tracking, and import/export documentation support to ensure smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & ERP ManagementMaintain procurement entries in ERP.Create items, update BOMs, and prepare draft Purchase Orders.Track Budget vs Actual costing (weekly).Ensure accurate and timely data entry.Store & Inventory ManagementMaintain inventory records and conduct stock checks.Post GRNs and share monthly stock reports with Finance.Coordinate stock flow with Purchase and Project teams.Implement 5S practices in stores.Supplier & Critical Item Follow-upTrack Class A/critical items for timely delivery.Coordinate with vendors on orders, delivery schedules, and issues.Maintain strong supplier relationships.Logistics & Documentation (Domestic & International)Track shipments and coordinate with transporters.Support import/export documentation and customs coordination.Maintain shipment records and compliance documents.Assist with banking documentation (E-BRC, export files).Reporting & ComplianceGenerate procurement and inventory MIS reports.Maintain documentation for audits and ISO compliance.Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Sales, and Project teams.Required SkillsERP knowledge (Procurement & Inventory).Strong Excel skills (costing sheets, tracking reports).Basic knowledge of import/export procedures.Good follow-up, coordination, and analytical skills.High accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.EducationBachelor’s Degree (any discipline).Experience in ERP and store management preferred.If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to grow in procurement and logistics, apply now or share this opportunity within your network!
