Accounting Manager

Job Title: US AccountantLocation: Remote Work Hours: US Business Hours(flexible)About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled US Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks and a deep understanding of US accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting for US-based clients or companies.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks (Desktop & Online).Handle general ledger, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US accounting standards.Support in tax preparation, year-end closing, and audit requirements.Ensure accuracy in journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting policies and deadlines.Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred but not mandatory).Minimum 4 years of proven experience in US accounting.Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online & Desktop).In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, accounting principles, and compliance processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to coordinate with US clients and internal teams.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
