The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both, or deep expertise in one with working knowledge of the other.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement integrations usingOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . Build, customize, and maintain applications usingOracle Visual Builder (VBCS) . Collaborate with functional teams inFinance and/or HCMto translate business requirements into technical solutions. Handle end-to-end implementations (at least 10 full cycles preferred). Ensure best practices, performance, and scalability in delivered solutions. Provide technical troubleshooting, performance tuning, and post-implementation support.Required Skills & Expertise: 4–6 years of experience inOICandVBCSdevelopment. Strong expertise inFinance or HCM modules(must have worked on at least one, with knowledge of the other). Proven track record of10+ implementations(full lifecycle). Strong understanding of REST/SOAP web services, API integrations, and data mappings. Hands-on experience withOracle SaaS (ERP/HCM)cloud extensions and customizations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
