This individual must be an advanced Quickbooks user.Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Staff Accountant with advanced QuickBooks skills. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Other day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, performing general ledger accounting, and assisting with financial audits. The role also involves processing payroll, preparing tax filings, and implementing financial controls.Qualifications Advanced QuickBooks skills Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and account reconciliation Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger accounting Knowledge of payroll processing and tax filings Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus
