We are looking for an ambitious Sales Associate who is tired of just /"booking meetings/" and is ready to take the next step in their career: owning the full sales cycle and closing deals.Key ResponsibilitiesProactive Prospecting: Identify and connect with HR leaders and Founders in high-growth companies across India.The /"First Touch/": Use cold calling, LinkedIn, and email to initiate conversations and build a robust sales pipeline.Product Consultations: Conduct high-impact product demos of Perk Payroll, focusing on solving specific customer pain points like compliance, attendance, and employee self-service.Closing the Loop: Manage the entire journey from the first /"Hello/" to the final handshake. You will negotiate terms, handle objections, and drive deals to a successful close.Revenue Ownership: Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets to contribute to Perk’s rapid market expansion.CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and deal stages to ensure a predictable and healthy sales forecast.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a target-driven sales environment (SaaS, HRMS, EdTech, or Inside Sales).Closing Instinct: A strong desire to move beyond lead generation and a hunger to own the Full Sales Cycle.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English (Conversational skills in Hindi or Telugu are a major plus).Resilience: The ability to bounce back from /"No/" and stay focused on the end goal.Tech-Savvy: Quick to adapt to modern CRM tools and cloud-based workflow environments.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.Health benefitsPF & Gratuity
