AI Automation Consultant

Each engagement will be scoped around clearly defined audit and implementation objectives within a specific functional area.We are looking for consultants with deep AI automation experience in one or more of the following domains:Sales & Customer SuccessMarketingContent & Video ProductionProduct OperationsScope1. Workflow AuditMap end-to-end processesIdentify bottlenecks and repetitive tasksAssess data flows and system integrationsQuantify time inefficiencies and performance gaps2. Automation DesignPropose AI-enabled workflow solutionsDefine system architecture and integration requirementsRecommend tools and technology stackPrioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact3. ImplementationBuild and deploy automation workflowsIntegrate with existing systems (CRM, marketing platforms, internal tools, etc.)Launch pilot use casesMeasure and report performance impact4. Documentation & Knowledge TransferProvide clear technical documentationCreate process playbooksRequirementsExperience designing and deploying automation systems in either Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Content Production, HR or Finance. Demonstrated success leading initiatives that drove quantifiable efficiency or revenue gains for the business. Experience with modern AI and automation tools such as:LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecturesWorkflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)Agent-based automation systemsCRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
