Position -Manager-Trade Scheme ManagementLocation-MumbaiQualification- , MBA-Finance, CAScheme Portal ManagementMaintain and enhance NSP portal; design and implement a future-ready, agile Trade Scheme solution across all PIL verticals.Translate business needs into simple, compliant, and scalable processes.Monitor end-mile delivery of scheme benefits/gifts to ensure timely dealer receipt.Lead audits of existing and new schemes with DMS teams to prevent misuse and ensure expected outcomes.Drive central rollout of new schemes to promote cross-vertical purchases.Compliance TrackingEnsure adherence to PIL guidelines for Quarterly and In-Bill payouts.Track sales returns and manage related reimbursement reversals with Divisions and Commercial teams.Monitor pending scheme/gift acknowledgements and coordinate closures with divisions.Dealer App Market Place Management
