The working hours would ideally be Monday-Saturday.About the role: As a Research Assistant, you’ll support day-to-day site operations for assigned studies, ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with research standards. You’ll play an essential part in coordinating study activities, maintaining databases, and supporting both start-up and closeout processes.Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact for daily site communications and document coordinationSupport participant pre-screening and study-related tasksPerform accurate data entry and respond to system queriesMaintain clear, timely communication between the site and study teamEnsure documentation meets IRB/FDA compliance standardsAssist with study closeout and general research support as requiredWhat you’ll bring?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (minimum 1 year in a related fieldConfident using technology and web-based research platformExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, critical thinking, and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and collaborativelyProfessional, articulate, and detail-oriented approachEnglish and Kannada spoken to local level
