Every stitch, every fabric, every graphic is engineered for durability, detail, and identity.Role OverviewCapella is hiring a full-time Fashion Designer to lead concept development, garment design, and collection execution. This role requires strong creative direction, technical knowledge, and the ability to translate ideas into production-ready designs.You will work directly with the founder to build seasonal collections, refine silhouettes, and elevate product quality across categories including T-shirts, hoodies, denim, shirts, jackets, and special drops.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign complete seasonal and capsule collectionsDevelop original graphics, typography placements, and garment conceptsCreate detailed tech packs (measurements, stitching, trims, fabric specs)Oversee fit development and sampling revisionsEnsure consistency in brand identity across all productsCollaborate with manufacturers for production executionResearch global streetwear trends while maintaining brand originalityRequirementsExperience in Streetwear is requiredStrong understanding of garment construction and fabric behaviorProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (CLO 3D is a plus)Ability to create production-ready tech packsStrong knowledge of sizing, grading, and fit developmentClear communication skills with factories and suppliersPortfolio demonstrating strong streetwear aesthetic and identity-driven designWhat We Look ForPrecision in detailStrong typography senseUnderstanding of silhouette and structureLong-term growth mindsetCompensationCompetitive salary based on experience.
