In this role, you’ll turn raw content into polished, persuasive pitch decks and proposal-ready collateral that communicates our value clearly to founders and decision-makers.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign pitch decks and sales decks (typically 5–15 slides; occasionally longer)Design proposal-ready collateral, such as capabilities decks, service decks, and case study sheetsConvert rough inputs (notes, docs, outlines) into clear, executive-friendly slides and layoutsCreate reusable slide systems: masters, layouts, components, and a consistent visual libraryVisualize complex information using charts, diagrams, and structured storytellingMaintain high brand consistency across all sales and marketing collateralCollaborate with marketing and leadership teams to iterate quickly based on feedbackRequirementsProven experience designing pitch decks, proposals, and B2B sales collateral (SaaS/tech/agency preferred)3+ years of design experience (or equivalent portfolio strength)Strong information design skills: hierarchy, narrative flow, clarity, and readabilityProficiency in Figma and/or PowerPoint / Google Slides (share your preferred workflow)Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work with quick turnaroundStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentBonus: experience building deck template libraries and component systemsHow to ApplyTo apply, fill this form -
