Our Transmission Line Projects are pivotal in ensuring reliable power supply and enhancing infrastructure across regions. We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to join our team and lead our Transmission Line Project in Beed, Maharashtra. Role Purpose: The Construction Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the execution of transmission line construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end transmission line construction activities (33kV/132kV/220kV/400kV as applicable). Supervise foundation work, stub setting, tower erection, and stringing operations. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications. Plan and monitor construction schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, site engineers, and supervisors for optimal performance. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure project alignment. Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle. The Construction Manager will work closely with a dedicated team of engineers and site personnel, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork. Requirements:Qualifications and Requirements Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in transmission line construction projects. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of transmission line construction methods and practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools for project tracking and documentation. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to address project challenges. Adaptability and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Leadership and team management abilities to inspire and direct project teams. Certifications: Relevant certifications in project management or construction safety are a plus.
