PDI Supervisor Warehouse

Job Summary The PDI Supervisor (Warehouse Quality Profile) will be responsible for conducting Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) of solar equipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards, verifying documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders to guarantee defect-free dispatches from the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDI) for solar pumps, inverters, panels, and related equipment. Ensure all dispatched materials comply with quality and technical specifications. Maintain inspection records, PDI checklists, and generate daily reports. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for the timely dispatch of material. Identify defects, damages, or shortages and escalate issues promptly. Verify packaging standards and labeling before final shipment. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational SOPs. Support audits and quality checks conducted by internal and external teams. Regularly update dispatch and PDI data on Google Sheets. Assist in vendor quality coordination and feedback. Desired Candidate Profile Education: ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical / Quality background. Experience: 24 years (Solar Industry experience preferred). Strong knowledge of solar equipment (panels, inverters, pumps, structures). Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation management. Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues. Strong interpersonal and coordination skills. Willingness to work in a warehouse environment and travel if required.
