Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Service Representative to join our team. This role is integral to our customer service operations, focusing on handling incoming inquiries and providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll be responding to potential clients who have already expressed interest in our services and people who are interested in the services.Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from potential clients, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about our debt settlement and consolidation services. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads generated through various channels to ensure timely and eAective communication.  Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.  Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals and deliver outstanding service. Stay updated on industry trends and companyRequirements: Some experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry. Excellent communication skills in English and Punjabi. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Clear company mandated background checks.This role requires handling sensitive financial matters, so the ability to stay composed and professional in challenging situations is essential.What We Offer: Competitive base salary with attractive performance-based incentives.Base Salary- starting INR 30k/month Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. A positive and collaborative work environment. Opportunities for career growth and development.Apply directly on LinkedIn.
