In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distribution networks, and leading high-performing teams.Your responsibilities will include:Driveprimary and secondary sales objectives, ensuring achievement of brand-wise and value targets. Execute monthly business plans, aligning goals across distributors and sales teams. Strengthen territory performance througheffective distribution, coverage expansion, andmarket penetration. Acquire, build, train, and motivate field teams, ensuringsales rep productivity and beat optimization. LeadBTL activationsincluding trade schemes, visibility drives, new launches, and promotional campaigns. Ensuresales hygiene and system complianceas per company SOPs, while continuously improving distribution effectiveness.What we are looking for:Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred) 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (General Trade experience is Must) Strong sales planning, distributor management and people coordination skills. Proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver execution excellence.
