Responsibilities include designing and delivering lectures, conducting research, mentoring students, and preparing innovative teaching materials. Additionally, the role involves participating in curriculum development, engaging in departmental and institutional activities, assessing student progress, and fostering a nurturing learning environment to promote academic excellence.Qualifications- Expertise in Journalism and Mass Communication with strong subject knowledge in relevant areas. - Proficiency in Research, Academic Writing, and utilizing innovative teaching methodologies. - Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. - Proven skills in student mentoring, collaboration, and contributing to curriculum development. - A Master's degree (minimum) in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field; a Ph.D. is highly desirable. - Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. - Experience in academic administration or leadership is an added advantage.
