Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and adherence to quality standards. Train on-site teams on housekeeping processes, hygiene practices, and operational protocols. Maintain accurate inventory of housekeeping consumables, tools, and materials. Conduct thorough checks of all facilities to ensure upkeep, safety, and compliance. Perform monthly site visits and regular audits across all offices within the assigned area. Ensure availability and coordination of transport arrangements for business needs. Address employee and stakeholder issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
