Duties include supervising pipeline operations, scheduling shifts, handling administrative tasks, and conducting performance evaluations. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will ensure all work procedures adhere to company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in supervising and managing staff Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in the utilities or gas pipeline industry is a plus.
