Job Description:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the customers, understand customers’ business needs and provide tailored solutions. - Responsible for capturing new business, accounts and sales to increase the company’s top line. - Lead generation & follow up, convert the lead to actual business opportunity. - Develop a strong sales pipeline and Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. - Serves as a communication channel between customers and the internal team. - Own RFQ’s, gather requirements from the customers, work with the internal team to work on the RFQ, conduct clarification meetings, follow the internal SOP’s and ensure timely submission of the quotes. - Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements. - Troubleshoot any issues (quality, cost, OTIF delivery) faced by the customer and ensure taking corrective and preventive actions in coordination with the internal team - Prepare & own sales metrics for the respective accounts being handled - Give recommendations to the management on how we can increase the sales of our existing portfolio of services and what areas which customer showing interest and focus on by conduction market research. - Initiate customer visits, technical training, facilitate audit, workshops for customers.Should have good presentation skills, Should be good in using Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Dashboard creation.Should have hands on experience on ERP tools like SAP and or CRM Tools like Sales Force.Essential: Under-graduation, including B.E./B.Tech or MBA graduatePreferred: Post-graduation MBA with Relevant work experience in Accounts Management- Minimum 5 - 12 years of relevant work experience.
