Field Engineer(Operations)-Thermal Power Plant

Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Engineer Operations for our JSW Energy Barmer plant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and monitoring of field operations equipment. The role involves performing on-site technical support, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the plants day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the field operations of the plant equipment and machinery. Operate and maintain plant machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Perform equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair activities. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards. Collaborate with other engineers and plant operators to resolve operational issues. Monitor plant operations from control rooms or directly on-site, ensuring smooth workflows. Assist in shift operations, ensuring smooth handovers between teams. Provide technical assistance and solutions during emergency situations. Ensure operational records and reports are accurately maintained. Participate in plant inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations. Preferred candidate profile NPTI is mandatory BTG experience is mandatory.
