As a Service Specialist, you will engage directly with clients to address their water treatment needs, provide tailored solutions, perform data analysis to optimize water treatment plans, and maintain strong customer relationships.Qualifications- Strong analytical skills to evaluate water treatment issues and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues. - Experience in customer service and sales to drive customer satisfaction and support business growth. - Knowledge of finance to analyze cost-effectiveness and support decision-making processes. - Relevant educational background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields with similar work experience of 3-5 years is required.
