The Clinical Counselor will support clients managing challenges associated with infertility, providing counseling, psychological support, and guidance throughout their treatment journey. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, offering family therapy sessions, developing tailored case management plans, and working collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure holistic care and positive outcomes for clients.Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Counseling, Psychology, and Mental Health Proficiency in Case Management and developing personalized care strategies Competence in Family Therapy and providing emotional support to clients and their families Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred) Experience in the fertility or healthcare sector is a plus
