About the Role You’ll lead pd media strategy across channels likeGG Ads, Meta, LinkedIn , optimizing perf. and collaborating with content & creative teams to drive measurable results. We’re seeking ad.ta-driven expertwho has scaled campaigns before and thrives in a lean, agile, and fast-moving env. Key Responsibilities Plan & execute pd media campaigns across GG Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL...) Run A/B tests to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting Align campaign strategy with biz-wide goals through close collaboration Stay sharp on platform trends, tools, and pd media best practices Requirements 5+ yrs in perf/dig m.ktg Proven track record in scaling high-impact pd campaigns Strong analytical mindset; hands-on with GG Analytics, Meta Ads Mngr, etc. Clear communicator with strong reporting skills Based in CA or available during PT hrs Startup/rem. work experience is a plus Comp & Perks $50–$75/hr , depending on exp. and perf.
