Experience: 10-15 YearsLocation: RemoteRole:- Job Description: Solution Architect – Blue Yonder ESPOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong consulting expertise to design, implement, and support Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain management principles, hands-on technical expertise in Blue Yonder ESP, and the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end solutions leveraging Blue Yonder ESP to optimize supply chain operations.Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.Configure and customize Blue Yonder ESP software to meet business needs.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify test cases and support project teams throughout implementation.Work with business stakeholders to define scenarios for testing and validation.Identify automation opportunities to enhance business processes and system efficiency.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment.Lead system integrations with ERP and other enterprise applications.Develop and deliver training sessions for business users to ensure adoption and effective utilization.Provide consulting expertise across project phases including design, implementation, change management, and hyper-care support.Required Qualifications10 to 15 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Consultant with a focus on Blue Yonder (JDA) ESP.Strong consulting background with proven ability to engage clients and deliver tailored solutions.In-depth knowledge of supply chain management processes and industry best practices.Proficiency in Blue Yonder ESP configuration and customization.Expertise in database concepts (Oracle), PL/SQL scripting, systems infrastructure, and SDLC methodologies.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.Blue Yonder ESP certification preferred.
