About the roleWe are looking for a User Onboarding Support Executive who will assist new users in understanding how to get started on the URTok platform. This role focuses on guidance, support, and issue resolution during the user’s initial experience with the app.This is a support and assistance role, not a sales, marketing, or engagement-based position.⸻Key responsibilities • Assist new users with app onboarding and initial setup • Help users understand basic app features and navigation • Respond to user queries related to account setup, profile completion, and feature usage • Identify common onboarding issues and escalate technical problems to the relevant team • Document frequent user questions and share insights with the product/support team • Ensure all interactions follow platform safety and privacy guidelines⸻Skills & requirements • Good written communication skills • Ability to explain simple steps clearly and patiently • Basic understanding of mobile apps and user interfaces • Problem-solving mindset • Professional and user-first attitude⸻Working hours • Fixed or rotational shifts based on support requirements
