Associate Director - Commercial Finance

Associate Director – Commercial Finance Experience: 8–12 years Location: Mumbai Role Summary: Partner with business and client leadership to drive commercial strategy, financial governance, and profitability across accounts. Lead budgeting, forecasting, contracts, and revenue management while supporting new business and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as finance business partner to client and agency leadership - Own commercials, SOWs, contracts, and fee negotiations - Drive revenue recognition, margin management, and profitability tracking - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reviews - Support new business pitches with pricing and commercial models - Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and Groupe policies Skills & Experience: - Strong understanding of media agency commercials and finance operations - Proven experience in commercial finance, FP&A, and stakeholder management - CA / MBA Finance / ICWA preferred - Agency / advertising / professional services background preferred
