Position SummaryThe Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role ensures company policies are followed and supports leadership in building a positive and productive work culture.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & StaffingManage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.Oversee onboarding and orientation programs.2. Employee RelationsAct as the primary point of contact for employee issues, concerns, and conflict resolution.Promote a positive work environment.Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys.3. HR Policies & ComplianceImplement and update HR policies in line with federal and state labor laws.Ensure compliance with regulations such as FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, etc.Maintain employee records and documentation.4. Performance ManagementManage annual performance reviews.Support managers with goal-setting and performance improvement plans.Identify training and development needs.5. Compensation & BenefitsAssist in compensation planning and salary reviews.Coordinate benefits administration (healthcare, insurance, leave management).Handle payroll-related HR tasks in collaboration with the finance team.6. HR OperationsMaintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy.Prepare HR reports (turnover, attendance, hiring metrics).Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong knowledge of US labor laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.).Preferred QualificationsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.Experience in HR operations within a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
