Accountant – Flexi PitchesAbout Flexi Pitches:Flexi Pitches connects Top 1% Leaders, founders, and investors through curated Demo Nights and Awards. With events happening across multiple cities, we’re scaling fast — and need an accountant who can keep our financials sharp, compliant, and growth-ready.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliation, and reporting.Handle invoicing, GST filing, and TDS-related compliance.Coordinate with vendors and clients on payments, advances, and settlements.Maintain accurate books in Tally, Zoho Books, or similar software.Prepare monthly P&L statements, cash flow summaries, and budget reports.Support audits, maintain documentation, and ensure all records meet statutory norms.Track event-wise expenses, reimbursements, and margins.Skills & Requirements:2–5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in event, startup, or service-based companies.Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and financial compliance.Hands-on with Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.Accuracy-focused with strong ownership of timelines.Comfortable working with Excel and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.What You’ll Get:Exposure to a fast-growing ecosystem working with Top 1% Leaders.Direct mentorship from founders and finance leads.Performance-based incentives and recognition across verticals.Opportunity to move into Finance Manager / Business Finance roles as we expand.
