This role will be crucial for commencing new mines to achieve the business vision.Roles and Responsibilites:- Drive end-to-end planning, design, and execution of mine and logistics infrastructure projects, including rail, road, and conveyor systems. - Ensure timely delivery of projects within approved scope, budget, and safety standards, while managing resources and fund flow effectively. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and statutory bodies for seamless execution and compliance with technical and regulatory norms. - Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve strategic objectives. - Lead and develop the project team, ensuring adherence to Vedanta’s safety and quality standards across all activities.Candidate Profile:- 18+ years relevant work experience in Project Management and execution. - Hands on experience in Conveyer/ Railway Siding/ Roadway/ Nallah Diversion/ Infrastructure Development. - B.E./ B.Tech in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. - Leadership acumen with external stakeholder engagement, strong interpersonal and drafting skills.
