Innovation, sustainability, and people are at the heart of what we do.About the RoleLead TGIPL Lab operations, ensuring compliance with AATCC, ASTM, ISO, and JIS standards, driving new test capabilities, and managing accreditation, budgets, and team performance.Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor lab operations in line with group SOPs - Initiate and implement new testing capabilities - Ensure compliance with AATCC, ASTM, ISO, and JIS standards - Conduct root cause analysis for non-conforming tests and product failures - Liaise with buyers and internal teams on technical and operational matters - Manage sample receipt, test distribution and TAT - Oversee equipment maintenance, calibration, and buyer accreditation processes - Monitor correlation/proficiency testing with third-party labs - Uphold good laboratory practices and housekeeping standards - Organize technical training for lab personnel in coordination with the group lab head - Handle lab budgets, manpower allocation, and cost management - Report daily operations to the General Manager (Group Lab Head)Qualifications- Diploma/B.Tech in Textile Technology or B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry - 8–10 years of experience in woven textile testing
