Head – International Relations & Global OutreachLocation: Brainware University, Barasat, KolkataExperience: 10–15 years (International Relations, Academic Partnerships, or Global Engagement)Mode: Full-time | On CampusAbout the Role:-Brainware University is expanding its global footprint — and we’re looking for an active visionary leader with a proven track record who can take it to the next level.As Head – International Relations & Global Outreach, you’ll be the bridge between Brainware and the world — building partnerships, fostering international collaborations, and driving global visibility for the University.If you have a passion for international education, cross-cultural engagement, and strategic partnership-building, this is your opportunity to lead one of Eastern India’s most dynamic higher-education ecosystems toward a truly global future.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):-- Develop and execute the University’s internationalisation strategy in alignment with its academic and research goals. - Build and manage partnerships with global universities, embassies, and international education networks (MoUs, exchange programs, dual degrees). - Promote student and faculty mobility through study abroad, internships, joint research, and collaborative projects. - Design and implement outreach programs for foreign admissions, global branding, and cultural exchange. - Coordinate delegations, visits, and international events, ensuring effective institutional representation. - Oversee international marketing and communication, collaborating with digital and admissions teams. - Facilitate regulatory compliance for international collaborations under UGC and NEP 2020 frameworks. - Monitor KPIs and impact metrics for global engagement, student inflow, and partnership outcomes.Qualifications:-- Master’s degree (mandatory) with over 60% marks across all academic levels. - Ph.D. (desirable) in International Relations, Management, Education, or related disciplines. - Minimum 10–15 years of experience in international affairs, institutional collaborations, or global outreach roles in higher education. - Proven success in establishing partnerships, managing mobility programs, or representing institutions internationally.Core Skills & Competencies:-- Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of global higher-education trends and frameworks. - Excellent networking, diplomacy, and cross-cultural communication abilities. - Experience with MoU drafting, partnership negotiation, and international accreditation processes. - Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to manage multi-stakeholder projects. - Proficiency in international marketing, digital outreach, and student recruitment pipelines. - Awareness of NEP 2020 internationalisation policies, UGC guidelines, and global ranking systems.How To Apply:-Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications, including a cover letter and a CV, to hrd@/ arpitad.hr@ or you may call 033-69010542/9874771431/ 8826441799
