This role drives sales, ensures seamless operations, strengthens partner productivity, and leads multi-functional teams to deliver superior customer outcomes.What You’ll Do Deliver overallsales, revenue & customer acquisition targetsfor the Jio Center Oversee smooth daily operations, administration & service delivery Optimizeproductivity, resources, and cost efficiencyof the center Ensure compliance withstatutory, regulatory & commercialguidelines Manage permissions/approvals required forlocal projects & deployments Build strong relationships withchannel partnersto enhance throughput Drive customer retention, manage escalations & improve NPS Lead, coach & motivate cross-functional sales, service & support teamsWhat We’re Looking For 10–14 years of experience intelecom, operations, sales or service leadership Strong P&L understanding with the ability to manage budgets & commercial controls Solid project management and execution capability Excellentteam management, influencing & problem-solvingskills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external stakeholders Execution-focused, customer-centric, and highly accountable leader
