Join us as we inspire people to embrace sophistication in their daily lives.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer with strong AI tool acumen who can think creatively, execute fast, and adapt designs for performance marketing, social media, and brand assets.This role is ideal for someone who:- Thinks beyond “just design” - Understands why something will work visually - Loves speed, experimentation, and iterationKey Responsibilities- Design high-impact creatives for: - Instagram posts & stories - Performance ads (Meta / Google / Marketplace creatives) - Website banners & brand assets - Translate creative strategy into scroll-stopping visuals - Use AI tools to increase output, speed & ideation - Collaborate with marketing & content teams for campaigns - Adapt designs quickly based on performance feedback - Maintain brand consistency while still pushing creative boundariesMust-Have Skills Design- Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma - Good eye for typography, color, layout & composition - Ability to design for both branding & performanceAI & Tools (Very Important)- Hands-on experience with AI tools like: - Midjourney / DALL·E / Firefly - Canva AI - ChatGPT (for concepting, prompts, iterations) - Ability to use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch⚡ Speed & Execution- Can deliver quality work at a fast pace - Comfortable with tight timelines and multiple iterations - Not precious about designs—open to feedback & data-driven changesCreative Mindset We’re Looking For- Thinks like a creative strategist, not just a designer - Understands what works on social media & ads - Curious, experimental, and trend-aware - Strong problem-solving approach to visualsNice to Have (Big Plus)- Experience with D2C / consumer brands - Basic motion design or video thumbnail experience - Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, hooks, formats)
