Location: Hybrid (Remote + Onsite at Kolkata Office)Duration: Full-Time, 3-Month ContractStart Date: April 2026※ Possibility of extension of contract based on performance & work requirementsAbout the Rolewe are looking for a reliable and organized Assistant who can support us in managing day-to-day operations, coordination, and administrative tasks.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing work, coordinating between people, and supporting business operations in a startup environment. The Assistant will help manage administrative, operational, and coordination tasks.This is a contract-based role for 3 months (full-time) with the possibility of extension of contract based on performance & work requirements.Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support- Organize company documents and maintain digital records - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents - Schedule meetings and manage calendar coordination - Assist with email follow-ups and communication2. Accounting & Finance Coordination- Assist in preparing and organizing invoices - Upload bills and expenses into accounting software - Maintain accounting records - Conduct compliance related tasks (TDS, GST, etc.) - Coordinate with external accountant when required3. Operations & Project Coordination- Maintain project task lists and basic status tracking - Coordinate with employees for status updates - Maintain simple internal dashboards for projects and resources4. HR Support- Post job listings on hiring platforms - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates - Schedule interviews with candidates - Maintain candidate and hiring records5. Sales/Business Support- Support in sales and marketing activities - Help maintain internal processes and documentation - Support with basic research and operational tasksRequired Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or related field - 1–3 years experience in admin, operations, coordination, or assistant roles - Strong organizational and communication skills - Comfortable using online tools and spreadsheets - Basic understanding of accounting or finance - Self-motivated and able to work independentlyPreferred Experience (Nice to Have)-Prior experience in a startup/IT consulting company -Basic understanding of Japanese languageContract TermsType: Full-time, 3-months contractWork Mode: Hybrid (Remote + Onsite at Kolkata Office)Compensation: Competitive (based on experience and skill level)Possibility of Extension: Based on performance and work requirements
