Job Description:

Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves problems of the customer; assists in installing the equipment; analyzes, inspects and reviews findings to determine the solution to the problem that the customer demands; works alongside with technical. Principal Accountabilities: Customer Service Responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs/solutions as well as adequate training of the end-users to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in excellent customer satisfaction. On time resolution of warranty customer complaints as per set target On time Proactive services to customer as per schedule Maintain the sufficient spare levels in each service station to attend the immediate services. Communicate with the customers to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions. Upselling and revenue generation: Ensure repeat customers by upselling products and services and generate revenue from the same. Revenue Generation within in the existing customer as per the set Target. New Service business generation. Work on Customer feedback : Collect the voice of customer/satisfaction during the PMS and attend the complaint if any. Quality and Safety: Ensure that Service is always delivered as per defined Quality Parameters . Ensure that all Safety Regulations are followed during service-related work. Team Management and Development: Sets up and maintains team of service Engineers and improves service efficiency
