Key Responsibilities •Provide in-depth knowledge of products to support sales, marketing, and technical teams. •Assist in monitoring production activities to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. •Support in preparing product documentation, dossiers, and compliance reports. •Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Assurance, R&D, and Sales). •Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external customers. •Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical product support. •Collect and analyze customer/market feedback to suggest product improvements. •Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry guidelines. Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or a related field. •1–2 years of experience in a factory, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment. •Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, or regulatory compliance is preferred. •Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. •Willingness to travel when required. •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Preferred Skills •Understanding of pharmaceutical formulations, production processes, or quality systems. •Familiarity with ERP or CRM tools. •Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
