The overwhelming user love motivates us as we aim to serve 100s of millions more in the coming years.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth research within the devotional, mythology, and spiritual space to create rich, meaningful contentLead and manage a team of in-house and freelance content writers, editors, and content contributorsDevelop and execute monthly and seasonal editorial calendars aligned with marketing campaignsPlan and oversee the creation of content formats like eBooks, infographics, quizzes, and marketing copy in both English and HindiSet and maintain quality benchmarks for all published content; implement effective editing processesReview and approve articles for cohesiveness, originality, and alignment with brand voiceEnsure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for engagement across digital platformsCollaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to align content strategy with business goalsUse content analytics and user insights to refine content performance and improve outcomesManage timelines, resource planning, and content pipelines for timely publishingMentor junior writers, provide structured feedback, and build scalable team processesRequirements4+ years of professional experience in content writing/editing, preferably in digital publishing or devotional/spiritual domainsStrong leadership and team management skills – ability to guide, mentor, and grow a content teamExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and HindiDeep interest in Indian culture, mythology, and spiritualityExperience in setting up scalable content operations and workflowsStrong understanding of SEO, content analytics, and content performance toolsHighly process-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environmentIf you think this sounds interesting to you, please apply here -
