Multimedia Content Producer

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Content Producer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for producing and editing high-quality multimedia content that supports our brand, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives. Based in India, this role will report directly to Senior Marketing Manager, and will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging video and visual content across multiple channels.The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through video and digital media and has experience transforming raw footage into compelling content for a variety of formats including podcasts, interviews, event vlogs, and short-form social media videos.Key Responsibilities· Edit and produce high-quality video and multimedia content for marketing, social media, and brand initiatives· Manage editing for podcasts, interviews, event vlogs, webinars, and other video series· Transform long-form video content into short-form clips optimized for social platforms· Add motion graphics, titles, captions, and branded visual elements to videos· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video storytelling· Ensure all video and multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity· Organize and manage video files, assets, and editing workflows· Optimize video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram· Stay up to date with multimedia trends, tools, and best practicesQualificationsRequired:· 2–4 years of professional video editing or multimedia production experience· Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and multimedia work· Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects· Experience editing podcasts, interviews, or long-form video content· Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPreferred:· Motion graphics experience· Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)· Familiarity with social media video formats and optimization· Experience working with marketing teams or content creatorsWhat We're Looking For· Strong storytelling instincts through video· Detail-oriented with excellent sense of pacing and timing· Creative thinker who can bring ideas to life visually· Organized and efficient in managing multimedia production workflows· Comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment
