This role combines client engagement, deliverymanagement, and hands-on leadership to ensure timely, high-impact dashboard solutionsacross industries.Key Responsibilities:● Lead the delivery of BI dashboards from requirement gathering to deployment formultiple clients● Engage with business stakeholders to translate KPIs and data needs into actionabledashboard solutions● Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts● Ensure high-quality visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik● Coordinate with data engineering, data science teams for seamless data integration● Drive agile delivery practices and manage client expectationsMandated Skills:● Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS) from Tier I / II universities like IIT’s / NIT’s andMBA from Top Tier B-schools is preferred● 15 + years in BI/analytics delivery, with 3+ years in a people management role● Hands-on expertise in Power BI / Tableau / Qlik● Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and delivery skills● Experience in a consulting environment delivering to external clients● Knowledge of SQL, DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization● Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
